    I don't see how suggesting that a future parliament will fund £15bn of new roads will help sold under-investment in existing road maintenance.

    I'm sure we could have predicted this (re)announcement based on last weeks (re)announcement of crumbs for cycling.

    Apparently this is a "revolution". More of the same-old, same-old, destined to fail approach does not a revolution make.
