Anyone have the kit for this I can borrow? I've an event on this weekend that it would be nice to film without worrying about battery usage. I tried last night but all my miscellaneous USB kit prevents recording while plugged in.

I didn't realise you could do continuous charge.
I did come across this forum discussion, you might be able to hack a usb cable to wire it up.

Sadly even if I was dexterous in that regard (and not worried about blowing up my camera) I don't think I've got the time. Schedule is too full between now and then!
