What is the point of the LEDs along the Union Canal? Never seen this anywhere else in the world. They do not illuminate the path, so without bike lights they are only reducing eye sensitivity and hazard perception. They do not prevent crime happening neither. Any ideas apart from feeling like aeroplane taking off?
