Maybe they receive a barrage of emails from him on a daily basis?

Wasn’t so much the 6 months taken to reply to a councillor, more the fact that the work still won’t happen until next year.
Quite ironic/telling really when said cllr champions a handful of CEC reports and somehow the city is about to be transformed…
