Early this year but six seed potatoes for a pound and lots of expert advice from Dr Potatohead. Great guy. Also chips. If venturing out this way on the day (28/02/15) does give good opportunity to try the Col Du Climpy

I'm not sure 'opportunity' is the correct term especially if my last experience was anything to go by.

Ah diarmid, it does depend on the wind. Can be a killer. But then I also have a hundred miler that involves getting right down to sea level at bo ness then linlithgow, then bAthgate Alps then west past Torphicen and over to blackridge then Harthill then fauldhouse then Climpy. Quite a bit of climbing in it.
