Hello,
We've just bought train tickets for a leg of my wife and son's trip down South for grandma's 70th birthday this weekend, *knowing* our Family and Friends railcard would lower the ticket prices, and now find it's mysteriously disappeared from the official family stock of travel-related cards. Could anyone kindly lend us a family and friends railcard for this weekend? We'd be very grateful, & I can ride to collect in Edinburgh this evening. Thanks very much.

Sorry--just remembered the cards are named and non-transferable : /

Maybe worth heading to the station early? I'd imagine that they will have your details on record and may be able to make a temporary card for you. Whether or not they will actually do so is another matter of course!

If you bought it at a station and have the receipt (part of the form you filled in) you can get a replacement. I've done it when the print rubbed off mine. If you bought it online check the website / your email receipt.

I wouldn;t leave trying to sort this til you got to the station.
There are bound to be procedures for the replacement of lost railcards. This link might be helpful
