Edinburgh leisure gets around that by labelling them 'disabled/parent & child'
i.e. drop off/pick up spaces for parents with kids doing classes/training

To keep the disabled spaces free, we clearly need to provide lazy git spaces for the use of people who are unable to park further away because it's a bit of a walk and 'I'm only going to be ten minutes so that's ok isn't it'?
