    Presumably you need to be a 'registered supplier' to see what this contract is actually about!

    You need to register with the site to express interest and download documents but it's a single stage tender so anyone can get the documents.

    Sadly, when I tried to set up a CPD workshop last year (to be lead by a Danish/Dutch consortium), none of the transport "professionals" were interested. They seam to think they know it all already and prefer to go on throwing public money down the toilet...
