Only one interesting app this week

Longstone Centre, Inglis Green Road Edinburgh EH14 2EZ - Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide mixed tenure residential development (60 units).

Swept Path analysis shows bin lorry's would have to drive over pavement

60 affordable Units, 42 bike spaces, 38 parking spaces
    http://goo.gl/86iPjC

    Car Parking Provision
In accordance with City of Edinburgh Council Car Parking Standards there are 38 on site car parking
    spaces.

These are serving the following tenures and uses:
    · 28 spaces serve the 28 mid-market rent apartments and are unallocated.
    · 7 spaces serve the 32 social rent apartments.
    · 3 on-site visitor spaces are to be provided.
    · Of these 38 car parking spaces 2 are disabled parking spaces.

Additionally, as a result of stopping up Millbrae Wynd an additional 2 on-street visitor spaces will be
provided on Inglis Green Road and 2 spaces are also to be provided on Graysknowe.
So over all, a total of 42 car parking spaces will be provided. All on site car parking areas will be
    accessed via Graysknowe.

    Cycle Parking
Secure covered bike storage facilities are provided within both of the main development blocks.
These will be accessible directly from ground level.
These will house 60 cycles (100%).
These are both accessed from the shared courtyard area and will be secure and well overlooked.
In addition visitors cycle parking will be provided within the courtyard area in a well overlooked
    location.

I'm still convinced new applications are being added to old lists so have documented the number of apps per week

    Week beginning 2 March - 46
    Week beginning 23rd Feb - 153
    Week beginning 16 Feb - 123

Indeed. Mid-rent people are obliged to have / guaranteed / expect a car each, others lower in the social pile don't?

That's pretty poor planning logic which I imagine is pretty far off the mark.
