London of course, former car cops too. Seem to be useful rather than decorative - like Edinburgh(?)

Quite a few police cars and vans crossing Meadows these days. I always wonder why when they have bikes.
Whilst the cycle way makes a fine road it is sending out a mixed message about correct use.
