Article in the BBC telling us what we already knew - that drivers of certain cars are often far more obnoxious than others.

"None of the drivers of the least expensive cars broke the law, while close to 50% of our most expensive car drivers broke the law," he says.

WeBuyAnyCar offered me £75 for mine.

I must be a blinking flip saint.*

I saw a people mover lose the top of its roof box in Coatbridge Asda car park on Sunday. Don't know if it was a spendy one.

*Roger Moore did drive a Volvo.

I've noticed that it's the expensive cars on George Street that normally have the parking tickets. Easier to pay the fine (if you receive one) than it is to find a ticket machine, find "coins", put them in, get ticket, walk back to car to put ticket in window.

Was there not a story about a partner at one of the Big4 who parked illegally in George Square in Glasgow every single day and racked up several thousand pounds worth of fines?

In the late '80s a friend started working with a legal firm in Charlotte Sq. Some of the staff just parked outside and paid the tickets because they reckoned it was worth the price of a few tickets a week.

On the other hand someone in a low black Audi R8 ("From £93,735", or £119,500+ for the "All-new" version) stopped it very politely yesterday in order to let me turn right across their path.
