That is a very short press release to copy! I need to get a job as their copy and paste writer, looks like a dawdle...

Where? These roads are presumably in Edinburgh, but there are still a lot of roads. Within how many weeks of being laid? Botched splodge-patch repairs or whole surfaces? What was the nature of the botching? Has this been picked-up by that special team of road-repair inspectors we were promised a few years ago?

That'll please the residents. The original surface was removed probably 18 months prior this, defective, surface being laid!
