Odd that they were laying on trucks, would have thought that using Coaches via P&R site or trains from Dalmeny might have delivered without having to source trucks, unless using escort vehicles

I think it's one of the FRB maintenance truck which they use. It's an informal case of fling the bikes in the back and jump in the cab. I hope Amey are contracted to provide the service or we may see it become unavailable now the bridge is privatised.
