Pretty tenuous. Reminds me of the story of the family saved from carbon monoxide poisoning by their dog - not by it heroically dragging them out of the house, but by it being sick on the dad, waking him up sufficiently to get everyone else out.

Cycled through wynchburgh yesterday on way to the Alps. All quiet, no heroic pets nor any tiny wee dogs losing legs because of political activist's carelessness.
