I'm starting to crave a Brompton. A new chap in our department came in with his all folded up and I thought "that is cool".

    I don't need one. I don't. I really don't.

    Do I?

Keep meaning to say that I've been spotting a lovely purple one with matching purple Ortlieb bag on Colinton Road in recent evenings.

Its odd, we have lots of cyclists in our office but no folders at all.

If I was getting the train into Edinburgh I would definitely have one.

Some odd comments on that post, lots of people still think brommies are expensive toys!

Link in that article to Jonathan Edwards reviewing different folders. He finds the Brompton fiddly and 2cm too short???

He has a lot of Rapha on, including a belt. Who pays for Rapha belt? Also very bad gutties

100% of cyclists at my work arrive on Bromptons.

Nice factoid, you could win cycle friendly employer, if it was not in fact the case that you are the only cyclist at the banner man if that is still your employer? :-)

100% of my employees use a Brompton... but then I'm self employed.

Got a place in BWC 2015.

A bit frustrated that Brompton Bike Hire is focussing on their operation in SE, but if they can be persuaded there could be options, with a sponsoring organisation to install a private or public system.

Latest Brompton Dock units have 8 bays & modular 4 bay extensions if required. Can also be supplied as manual use for pool bike fleets.

    Still there.

Actually I forgot, one of the physicists cycled in a few days before Easter. It's down to 50% Brompton but a 100% invrease in cycling.

Yes, if you use multi-modal transportation in the UK - i.e. attempt to take a bike on a train/tram/bus...
