Location WoL Path before Splash Bathroom Warehouse (as was - now to be a house??)
Time 8.10 a.m.
As repair kit unopened with sticky label over the lid, I assume they have fallen out of a rucksack? (I suppose could have been from panniers) rather than that they were forgotten when a repair was completed.
Should these belong to you I can return on answering the following - How much does it say the Repair Kit cost on the wee price tag?
