Looks like the BBC have a new series of Cycling podcasts - bespoke.
A good first episode looking at Manchester Velodrome and Fred Whitton & Downhill Mountain Biking. Doesn't get into much detail as only 15 mins.
Oh and it turns out that the Sky rider I talked about on the Audax/Sportive thread was a Performance Director for Sky and pacing the presenter of this programme round the Fred Whitton course as well carrying a rear facing camera. It you look carefully I appear in a couple of frames of the podcast.
