"Toxic sewage leaves Portobello beach feeling poor"

Portobello will always suffer from both having a burn that flows through residential areas flowing onto it and a hard promenade surface built right up to the sea wall for its entire length; every time there's heavy rain, the microscopic filth of the city is washed onto the beach.
