Looking through the 2015 Fringe brochure I spotted a couple of bikey things that might be interesting:

What if Lance Armstrong Had the Right Idea?
What level of human performance could we reach, and what would we want to do? (Spoken word)
St Andrew Square, Aug 28, £8

    Ventoux
The story of Armstrong, Pantani and doping in professional cycling, set on the most fearsome mountain in France. (Theatre)
    Summerhall, Aug 13/14 £5, Aug 15-30 £10

And there are also three shows by cycling Shakespeareans the Handlebards: Midsummer Night's Dream and Hamlet, both at the Botanics, and Secret Shakespeare starting from Bedlam. I saw their Twelfth Night at Lauriston Castle a couple of years ago - very funny and inventive in a bike-oriented way.
