For me, from a cycling/walking point of view, it's a bit of a disaster - too many car spaces, no paths through or ocross the car park, reversing articulated lorries across path crossings, poorly laid out junction with Portobello High street...
This development, with the larger residential development it sits next to, would have been a great chance to get a path through from the end of Fishwives Causeway west of SHL Road down to the prom, via Westbank street maybe.
