    Hi,

    Anyone know of any decent Yoga classes in Central Edinburgh? (ideally on a Monday)

    I go to yoga at the David Lloyd club, but I know the instructors run classes on a Wednesday evening at Craigsbank Church near the Drumbrae roundabout.

    I've heard good things about Meadowlark Yoga http://www.meadowlarkyoga.com/ but I've never been myself. (The classes I go to couldn't really be described as in Central Edinburgh.)
