Although that is not Old Faithful, looking at the bottom bracket, is it the version that Mike Burrows built for him that he tried to use the day before he broke the record?

Not Old Faithful - not just the BB, which is using a 68mm shell and is too small in diameter, but Mike Burrows fitted a carbon monoblade to his version.
I'm wondering if it's a much more recent photo. Obree's wearing Specialized Comp Road shoes, which were new in about 2003, plus or minus a year or so. Is this bike perhaps one of the machines built for the film?
