  1. The cyclocross season in Scotland kicked off on Saturday with the Haughcross in Aberdour. Brief month's respite before the next race, at Beveridge Park in Kirkcaldy on 6th September. A brilliant spectacle to watch, can't recommend going along enough - almost as good fun as riding in it!

  3. Had the second step still to ride up (50:50 split on people riding and folk dismounting - I was to lazy to have to get off the bike and back on (and I was making time on folk who weren't quick remounters, made worse by the camber just after this)).
