It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Coming from the A90 path down to the Cramond hotel / restaurant I saw a BMW X5 parked up at the side of the road with an ambulance in front. As I passed I turned to see a cycle helmet and bag lying on the path.
Couldn't see a bike or see any obvious damage to the car so hopefully not as bad as it might have looked.
Anyone else see anything?
Could be that some took ill on the climb up the hill?
I saw a different car parked up, a bike lying on the path, and an ambulance - then saw that someone was being taken into the ambulance, presumably the cyclist. Hope he/she is OK.
maybe it wasn't an X5...
seems an odd place for an 'accident' as bike would hopefully be on the path or in the bus lane so not really interacting with the car.
like you say...hope all is ok.
I passed it when the cyclist was on the ground, possibly just after it happened. There were at least 3 others in attendance so didn't stop to crowd, but there were no cars there at the time so I just assumed the person fell off.
They looked a bit dazed whilst lying on the pavement, certainly no visible signs of injury or blood.
