was chaos at Boroughmuir new build this morning. (Only joking we all managed to get through slowly, runners, dogs, peds, me, Jdaniel p etc

THey have been taking the big wall down that runs beside the towpath. I thought they may have left the small wall as it was last week, you know for kids to sit upon etc. BUt all gone. Bit of a lip t=from the new paving to the towpath. Fences all still up on both sides.

I thought this was going to be about the missing bit of wall on the Innocent - to the left after coming out the tunnel.

The chaos extended as far as my being unable to overtake two joggers who were running side-by-side for almost the entirity of the temporarily narrowed section of towpath, although that was partly a result of the building work noise being so great that they were unable to hear when I rang my bell as I caught up behind them just before the positioning of the fencing was tightening up so I resigned myself to following them given that there was traffic coming from the other direction, including gembo.

In some better path-width news, the Heras fencing beside the Sculpture Workshop's new building was finally removed last week, making it a little less tight down the Hawthornvale path.
