Glasgow City Council‘s Strategic Plan for Cycling 2015 -2025 consultation runs from 12th June 2015 to the 4th September 2015. This Plan sets out Glasgow’s vision, objectives, targets and actions for increasing levels of cycling – for leisure, as a mode of transport and for sport.
Don't think it's been mentioned on CCE before, if it has then useful reminder.
