However, perhaps a campaign called "Exchanging Places" will also ask drivers to cycle on he streets?

So we are now expected to queue up and learn how to adjust our benign behaviour to drivers whose vehicles are so dangerous that they can't even see where they're going? I think not.
General shock that vehicles with cabs with limited views are even allowed to share the road with vulnerable users.
If only.
In the interests of reproducibility/verifiability, I sat in the same yellow lorry as Dave with the passenger window open/Fresnel removed and could clearly not see cyclists tucked in right by the passenger-side front wheel.
