No, not the vexed subject of the Innocent Tunnel, but rather some sanctioned graffiti down the Meadowbank Velodrome. Popped by cos the chap (Paco Graff) who did the underpass in the Figgate has done a piece at the 'drome as well, but there's some other fab stuff (favourite is probably a giant cycling octopus).
Working on the south and west elevations at the mo, but the intention is to go all the way round - seems to be linked to the St Margaret's House ART place. There were a couple of guys there who I got chatting to, and they were waving to folk there. One was grabbing some publicity photos, and took the chance to get me posing with the bike in front of some of it (making sure to get the Kaff bars in...).
Of course this kind of thing always divides opinion, personally I think it improves the dilapidated old thing.
