It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

There is a dangling broken branch obscuring the cycle path on North Meadow Walk, just east of Middle Meadow Walk.
This could cause substantial injury to a cyclist, or could cause a cyclist to swerve into a pedestrian.
In daylight it should be visible, however beyond dusk it could be a substantial hazard.
I've reported it to the Council, but if others have more effective contacts, feel free to use them!

Actually came across that as another cyclist came the other way, and in daylight was fine, we went opposite sides, and plenty room. But as you say in the dark it could be more 'interesting'. I think the culprit may have been a heavy squirrel!
I reported a similar dangler in Leith Links a couple of weeks back, which is still there, though the foliage has since withered, unblocking half the path.
