It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

New visible poles and lighting alongside each crossing point at Stenhouse Cross -
Large flashing orange balls atop poles - not in itself revolutionary.
The poles themselves are in black and white stripes, but also incorporate white LED light strips on the 'white' sections.
I know it sounds odd, but it is extremely effective in the dark.
I wonder if these have arrived as a result of the recent pedestrian fatality at the junction?
