Not a single mention of demand and supply in whole article. Demand definitely outstrips supply of parking spaces in many areas of Edinburgh. A price rise will lead to more efficient allocation of this scarce resource, as the Tories of all people should know. Neil Greig is a fud.

Except that I thought "parking charges" had to related to cost of enforcement or just be used for transport (or?)
