As it says on the tin. I started my return trip along the Lang Wang this morning with my blue jacket in a yellow stuff sack (crazy colour choice I know) in my back pocket and it wasn't there when I got home :-(

I think it was still there when my mate left me a at the Harburn turning and I carried onto to Balarno, down Ricarton before doing a loop round Ratho to make it the ride up to a century.

I'd really appreciate if you can keep an eye out for it.

    Thanks

Hankchief I will post to the fietsclub Balerno. West Lothian clarion would also be handy, they were out in force on Saturday morning,

Hankchief I have just checked the A70 from Kirknewton to Currie and road to Riccarton this morning. It was a bit dark for a proper search. Sorry no luck.

I did an out and back on the Lang Wang as far as the West Calder turning on Sunday afternoon, and don't remember seeing anything like a jacket. Sorry.

Made the most of the good weather yesterday to have a look for my jacket, sadly without success.

Fortunately the weather was splendid so I didn't need it.

Having spent 20 odd miles staring at the verge, it is amazing / saddening to see the amount of litter that is on our roadside.

Bottles, car parts, gloves & flytipping...

@hankchief, we have been scouring most weekends and I thought I saw something in Juni green the Monday night after you lost it but it was a blue shammy leather sponge thing. Last weekend again thought briefly might have been it but was a hi viz vest. There is a lot of detritus. On the carstairs esker there have been two Australian brand workies' boots for about a year, they are about 750metres apart.

Thanks Gembo. Had a few false alarms that were quaver packets.

    Lesson learned & replacement ordered
