Leamington Bridge shut

Been having issues for the past week at least. Bridge was stuck up last week, and shut down today. Not sure why it can't be opened when it's in the down position.
And why is it not being reported by EdinTravel?

It looks like the bridge deck isn't fully 'home' at one end.

It was open again this evening as I passed at 19:30ish.

I was told that repairs were finished and that they would carrying out testing today, but I did see that it was open last night.
