Does this mean the ring of plastic will be dismantled and residents can get their city centre back on Hogmanay?

Events programme is done by Hillside Agency. They also handled 'Scotlands' music festival which is a nice Jan 1st idea (if you aren't too hungover!).

Other events Hillside have been closely involved with is Tweedlove + Tour 'o the Borders (the latter mapped out by John Anderson from Bicycle Works but now sold on with involvement of Tesco Bank)

Director of Hillside, Neil Dalgleish is a keen cyclist. Some nice work produced by their team - someone has to do it!

Wasn't Pete Irvine, before Scotland the Best and before Edinburgh's Hogmanay, the author of the hippy bible to Scottish counterculture Alternative Scotland?
