  1. A few years ago, a sparky pal gave me a pair of Bolle Contour safety specs his employer had over supplied him with. They were clear lenses and I found them brilliant for winter cycling. They were also very comfortable. Smashed them in my crash last year, and managed to source a replacement at Screwfix for a tenner. Good value IMHO

    Screwfix have an offer on just now. Use ED125 at the checkout and get £5 off. Simple as that.

    Those specs for £5 are a bargain! They are available in tinted lenses too I believe.

    I have a pair of those Bollé specs and I have to say they fit amazingly well.

    BS EN166 is for lens and frame characteristics.
    BS EN170 is for UV filters and transmittance.
