As there are two votes for What? There is a Festival of Cycling? Maybe people should have a look here and see what they are missing.

The two things I wanted tickets for are both on the same night.

Last year these people got 'tickets' for first event.
If you would like to see your name written on correx and displayed in St Andrew Square on June 9th for 20 minutes then pm me here or at shop email.

Other: many plans to go to things, organisational efforts poor so no actual tickets bought/booked except for Women's Cycle Forum launch. Oh, and a train ticket to Carlisle despite a sneaking suspicion Ride to the Sun is beyond current capabilities...

@SRD the organisers of both events didn't think it would be an issue when they chose the time and date.

@unhurt, also remind your brother, the free beer is Heverlee brand and a witte beer if that helps at all

I have already done so, but I'll inform him of the beer species on offer too!

I hear the film has sold out - should have got tickets earlier.
There's also short about Kirkpatrick Macmillan (created by Conrad from SKELF).

Went to Gen Whitson's talk last night. How she's battled to make a living road racing as a female rider. Very good.

On Sunday we're doing a ride down to Silverknowes for an hour or two of trike and bike demos.

Boyfriend and I enjoyed Lee Craigie's talk last night, and are coming to the Pantani film tonight.

Is the film 7pm or 7:30? (Website says 7, but BoF thinks 7:30, not sure where he has got that from).
    EDIT tickets say 7:30 apparently.

Gembo will know / confirm I'm sure!.

Other EdFoC Event in town tonight is a talk by Julian Sayarer. (LATE ADDITION)
His book is worth a read. Box of them arrived at Bicycle Works and drew me in.

I'd recommend Julian Sayarer, he has always got something interesting to say, and always has a new project on the go. So it is not going to be the same as any other talk you might have heard him give.

    http://balernovillagescreen.com/ also thinks 7:30.
Anyone else going (apart from @gembo)?
