A number of the routes, which are specified by coloured signposts, have been recently upgraded to offer new, more convenient ways of cycling or walking to different destinations.
Not sure that it's poor signage that is stopping people cycling.

How long have they been there?

Nothing wrong, it's just that calling about a mile of the NEPN a route seems immensely pointless.
I presume the map is economical with the truth and part of route 13 is also a section of 14 so it does start from part of Trinity rather than FiveWays(?)
