    Idea for a programme:
    Mike Rumbles, the Scottish Lib Dem transport spokesman, goes on a journey around Scotland identifying transport infrastructure projects that have already been budgeted for and announced with great fanfare but are now being dragged out and delayed.
    Programme to be called "Rumbles Trip".

    Sorry, folks. The sole purpose of my post was a play on words around "rumblestrip", via the medium of an Alan Partridge-style note to self.

    Letting light in on magic, I know. ;-)
