Through the Meadows the No Parking signs have sprung up for the Fireworks. Nice to know the Council can protect the lanes if it really wants to. But interesting to note that whizz-bangs rank higher than mere cyclists.

A few cones and the problem of the 'unenforceable' illegal parking in the bus lane in Leith Street by the same 4 cars every day is magically solved 'because fireworks'.
Never mind the rest of the year when they're making an already congested bit of road even worse.
