    "The A70 near Kirknewton will be closed from its junction with the B7008 to its junction with the B7031 ... from 8am on Monday 3 October until 6pm on Wednesday 30 November."

    When the resurfacing is done there will no doubt be a rush to post new Strava QoM/KoM/PBs on the route as they look to be fixing some of the really draggy bits. I hope they are going to completely re-surface the bits they are working on...

    Kirknewton should introduce congestion charges the traffic was tailed back for miles today (although more to do with the RTC near livi) oddly I got to work quicker than normal

    Aha! I suspect that would be the reason for the Most Mental Traffic Ever in East and Mid Calder. I'm not the most aggressive filterer, but I took great delight in zoooooooooming past an enormous queue.
