"Muirhouse Shopping Centre to undergo major revamp"

Hopefully it will work more successfully than the last time they revamped it. They put a roof and doors on and this stopped the rain and wind from cleaning it. Became very dirty and smelly and no one went into it at all. They latterly took the doors off to improve it a bit.
