    Hello folks,

I thought some of the CCE regulars might be interested in this upcoming Walk Cycle Vote and Space for Cycling campaigners' training day on Sat 26 November. There are six workshops to choose from and it's a free event at the Methodist Church on Nicolson Sq.

    https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/walk-cycle-vote-and-space-for-cycling-campaigners-training-day-tickets-28654913618

    Workshops on offer:
    - Developing a local walking and cycling network - the Space for Cycling toolkit
    - Community Links Plus – supporting ambitious, game-changing projects in your communities.
    - Starting from scratch – campaigning locally: on what, who with and how?
    - Using the toolkit practically (cycle safaris w/ Cyclescape and CEAT)– auditing your streets and engaging local politicians
    - Participatory workshop on the update to Cycling By Design
    - Battling Bikelash – what can we learn from Roseburn, Bears Way and Holmston Road?

    Thanks, Claire

The session on Battling Bikelash looks interesting.

Be good to hear how other campaigns have tackled it and what we can learn re Roseburn.

People who attended this should have got an email from Tom which contained a link to his slides on creating tube maps. The slides have a link to an Edinburgh tube map, which is now starting to take shape. If anyone wants to improve it, or suggest improvements, please fill your boots.

Anyone who wasn't at the training day and wants to contribute, let me know and I'll pass on the link.

    EDIT: Current map
