    Hmm. Will this be as effective as the teeny wee fines they get for not bothering to repair the road properly once they are done?

    Doesn't matter they'll just charge it back to the customer, plus vat, handling fees etc.

    Will they be able to get more money from little fines for shoddy replacements as work will now be more rushed?
