Compared to Nov 2009 bikes rose by 10% or more at 3 of our 4 count points, but fell 10% northbound on Forrest Road (i.e. heading towards Princes Street). This is exactly the pattern we saw in our May count.

The other side is FR.
Maybe it's because they can no longer turn left at the bottom/north of the Mound, or got used to the Mound being closed at the north end and are using alternative routes...

Spokes has this as most likely option -

Not clear how this was factored in - there have been various Mound closures plus G IV B lane closure because of Missoni.
