    It was entertaining. But it's not a real cycle route, is it? Starting by getting a lift up a mountain is a bit off.

    Nice countyside though, and good to see him riding the downhill track like a mortal.

    Oh, and the search function finds no results for 'extreme wales'. Had to google from outside to find this thread.
