    Even in these uninviting days my commute is hoaching with cyclists.

    Doubtless due to the stoney faced Local People hurling verbal abuse and waving pitchforks at any cyclist with the temerity to besmirch Their Hallowed Ground.

    Pleased to say that I was definitely counted as "a bike" that day

    I missed a trick there. With a slight modification to my route, I could have Ridden By and Been Counted.

    Where do they count in Roseburn? If they counted on the Corstorphine Road, based on my one Monday morning a month, I'd say they'd see 6 cyclists every 2 minutes.

    @paddyirish:

    It’s a mocking reference to the Outraged Roseburn Resident who, in opposing the bike lane plans claimed to only see a handful of cyclists an hour
