After all, if they were taking climate change seriously, they woulnd't be looking for ways to make driving more attractive.
Stupid government
I fully expect Sturgeon et al to pass the Barnett consequentials on to absolutely vital projects like A9 dualling, and that extra 'regeneration' motorway in Glasgow's east end: because Glasgow really doesn't have enough motorways, eh?
Also talk that Cycle to Work scheme will be scrapped.
