    Well the SG has to use all our money to build all those dual carriageways and bridges.

    But if we have nowhere to drive to they'll be wasted.

    More likely they need to use the money to cut Air Passenger Duty. :-(

    What exactly is the point in siphoning off the increase in Council Tax to pay directly to schools (thus bypassing elected councils) if the kids can't get into a library to borrow any books (because the opening hours have been cut) with which to practice their new reading skills?

    Scottish government not good on joined-up thinking. Dunno about their handwriting.
