    Yes, invest in motor vehicle reduction and pedestrianisation if we want people to keep coming. City centre pavements are overcrowded at the moment - it's as bad/good as the festival. Looks like we need to build for that extra foot traffic on the basis that's it's going to be pretty much all year round now and not just a four week spell in August.
