Hope nobody minds me plugging my clubs new ride we're starting in January for those in the Kingdom. It's aimed at those who haven't ridden in a group before but want to start. Our Club Coach will lead the ride after a safety and basic skills brief. Distance c.20miles, no target speed and no drop rider policy. Thanks.

@Deckard - yeh might come along to one of these. confident on the road but never really done any group riding so probably the type of thing I'm after.

You're more than welcome to come along @Beano and would be great to see you there.
The intention generally is to develop confidence to the stage where people can move up to our weekly Saturday and Sunday Bun Runs, which are still a reasonably sedate pace albeit a longer ride c.40 miles. These are well attended social rides of several groups of mixed ability with no-dropped riders policy.
